Project goal

By the 2020-2021, 45 staff from government, non-government organizations, and local churches will understand the importance and ideas of Community Development, Climate Change and Social Inclusion and disseminate their new knowledge to the communities of Mongolia

Main activities

FARM NGO and JCS International conducted Capacity Building Training (hereinafter CBT) in Ulaanbaatar city of Mongolia on 10th, 11th, 12th and 13th of November, 2021

Outcomes

A total of 23 social service and project staff from 14 different organizations and churches had been participated in CBT2. Pre-training survey result stated; 19 (87%) trainees’ knowledge and capacities were insufficient on Community development, Global warming, climate change and Social inclusion, but post-training survey stated; 23 (100%) trainees improved their knowledge and capacities on above topics. Result of CBT2, all trainees, organizations have understood importance Sustainable Livelihood approach and agreed to address Global warming
